From first contact to sold-out show — here's the typical timeline for booking a Japan tour with Om Events Japan.
You fill out the booking form or reach out directly. We respond within 48 hours with a tour proposal, city recommendations, estimated audience, and fee discussion.
Tour dates confirmed, cities locked, venues scouted. We sign a collaboration agreement and begin pre-production on promotion assets.
Event announced across all channels. Posters, reels, countdown content go live. Ticket sales begin at all partner locations and online.
Travel and accommodation confirmed, technical rider fulfilled, day-of schedule finalised, media and photographer briefed.
Full on-ground team handles setup, sound check, crowd management, and show delivery. You focus on performing — we handle everything else.
